Current positions

Certified Pro Trainer(s) for the following:

  • Logic Pro 7
  • SoundTrack Pro
  • Motion
  • DVD Studio Pro

Compensation based on market rates and are negotiable. This will mean $400 to about $600/day depending on instructor experience. You must have current product certification from the http://certifications.apple.com site as a Apple Pro Trainer. Work will be contract 1099 only. If you are traveling from outside the Phoenix area we can negotiate travel cost reimbursement.

L3 Account Executive
The L3 Account Executive posseses the following skills:

  • Relationship building
  • No Fear
  • Experience doing cold calls and appointments with high level decision making professionals
  • Knowledge of the Mac OS X platform a plus

This position operates on straight commission of 10% of revenue sold. Given 2005s revenue the projected upside would be somewhere around $30,000 to 50,000

 


L3 Field Tech
The L3 Field Tech classification would posses the following skills:

  • How to install or upgrade Mac OS X
  • How to backup data or ensure data preservation while repairing hard disks
  • How to configure Modems, Wi-Fi or wired ethernet settings on a client machine
  • How to install and setup iPods, printers, Palm Pilots, Scanners or other peripherals
  • Basic network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of Mac OS X permission model and file system concepts
  • How to install fonts, preference panes and applications and remove the same as needed
  • How to configure Mail applications
  • How to ensure basic security


 

L3 Associate Engineer (ACTC)


(Server deployment, troubleshooting, etc)
The L3 Associate Engineer will posses all the skills of the L3 Field Tech and the following skills:

  • Hold a current ACTC certificate issued by Apple
  • How to install or upgrade Mac OS X Server
  • How to configure automated backup
  • 2 or more years experience in installing Wi-Fi access points with encryption and understand basic RF concepts
  • Experience with network based printers and print queues
  • Experience configuring the following services on Mac OS X Server:
    • Apple File Services, Windows File Services,FTP
    • Workgroup Manager user import/export
    • Netboot, DHCP

L3 Engineer (ACSA)


(Expert in several areas including web, mail, RAID, backup, command-line)
If you posses strong troubleshooting skills and have extensive knowledge of operating system concepts, networking and business processes and you have this certification we're looking for you.

The L3 Engineer will posses all the skills of the L3 Associate Engineer and the following skills:

  • Hold a current ACSA certificate issued by Apple
  • Experience installing Xserve RAID or non-Apple RAID systems
  • How to configure automated backup using command line or other advanced backup software
  • 4 or more years experience in installing Wi-Fi access points with encryption and understand basic RF concepts
  • 4 or more years experience with networking installation and design
  • Experience configuring the following services on Mac OS X Server:
    • DNS Server (BIND 8/9)
    • Apache, Tomcat/JBOSS or Cold Fusion, PHP, PERL
    • MySQL
    • Postfix/Cyrus/Mailman
    • Open Directory master with replication
    • NetInstall/ASR deployment
